ACCESS TO YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

You agree that you may not bring proceedings against VGC in any jurisdiction other than England and Wales.
At its election, VGC may bring proceedings against you in the Courts of England and Wales and/or any other court with jurisdiction.
To the extent permitted by law, VGC may take concurrent proceedings in any number of jurisdictions.
