The Role We are seeking an experienced and driven Shift Manager to help oversee the day-to-day operations of our casino. This is a leadership role responsible for ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, outstanding customer service, and strong commercial performance.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day to day operations as a Shift Manager, ensuring smooth, safe, and compliant day-to-day activity.
Lead, develop, and motivate frontline teams to deliver exceptional service
Ensure full compliance with UK Gambling Commission regulations, internal policies and procedures, and licensing objectives.
Drive revenue growth through effective floor management, and customer engagement
Handle customer escalations professionally, ensuring positive outcomes and brand reputation
Maintain a safe, welcoming, and responsible gambling environment at all times
About You
Proven experience in a casino management or senior gaming leadership role
Strong knowledge of UK gambling legislation and regulatory requirements
Excellent leadership, communication, and people-management skills
Commercially minded with a track record of driving performance and profitability
Customer-focused with the ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure
Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays as required
Personal Management Licence (PML) holder (or ability to obtain one)

Experienced Croupier/Inspector Exciting roles have arisen within the Third largest casino in the country!
We are currently looking for Experienced Gaming staff who are, fun, outgoing people with good communication skills, to join our Team at Victoria Gate Casino.
As a dealer or Inspector Key Competencies Include:
To inspect and deal all games within the casino, ensuring table security is to the highest standard possible
To carry out all gaming operations, including table administration, opening and closing procedures and the soft count operation to the highest standards
To ensure that game commentary is clear and company procedures are adhered to
To be able to explain fully the rules of games to customers, as well as other club facilities
Excellent customer service skills.
Acknowledgement and understanding of customer’s needs
Be an effective team player
We are a 24 hour casino and shifts are on a rota basis covering days, nights, bank holidays and weekends.
Applicants must be in possession or have recently held a PFL/PML

SIA Door Supervisor The desired candidate will have experience in working on the front line in bars and clubs and will demonstrate excellent customer service skills. Discretion and integrity are a must as well as ensuring the safety of our staff and customers. Must be able to work as part of a team or individually and be able to work a variety of shift patterns including night shifts. If you want to be part of the super casino of the north, then we want to hear from you.
