March 20^th VIP Roulette Tournament – Terms and Conditions

Tournament Schedule

• The tournament will be held on Friday 20^th March 2026 starting at 9pm and concluding at 1am. (4 hrs in total). 
• There will be four (s) rounds beginning on the hour every hour.

Qualifying Entry Conditions 

• This tournament is only open to invited eligible customers aged 18 years and over who have successfully registered as members of Victoria Gate Casino. 
• Victoria Gate Casino reserves the right to decide who is allowed to participate and eligible customers will be notified either by e-mail, SMS, phone or in person at the casino. 

Tournament Rules 

• Eligible customers are able to take part in each round of the tournament (4 in total)
• For each round, participating customers will each have 5 stacks of 20 coloured chips and 5 spins to gain a score*
• *The score is the total number of coloured chips the customer has accumulated after the 5 spins. 
• The tournament will take place on a single zero roulette table which will be chosen by the management of Victoria Gate Casino. 
• Tournament coloured chips cannot be used on any other roulette table and have no cash value.
• No neighbour bets will be allowed during the tournament, only bets on the main layout are allowed.
• Customers can start their round at anytime during the hour for each round. 
• Customers are not obliged to play every hour of the tournament if they choose not to. 
• Any customers missing an hourly round(s) are not eligible to take those missed rounds in later hours. 
• Individual customers hourly scores for each round they have participated in during the tournament will be added together to get to the total score for the tournament (maximum of 4 qualifying scores)
• The winners of the tournament will be announced at 1am on 21^st March 2026. 

Tournament Prizes 

• The top 4 customers who have achieved the highest total scores will win a table free play** prize.
• Prize breakdown is as below : 
  • 1^st Prize : £500
  • 2^nd Prize : £300
  • 3^rd Prize : £150 
  • 4^th Prize : £50

• ** Table free play is in the form of promotional chips which have no cash value, are non transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. No change will be given.
• Promotional chips are NOT returned on winning bet. 
• Tournament prize promotional chips can only be used on the day they are issued.
• Specific conditions around the use of promotional chips are as follows :
  • Live Gaming – Roulette
    • All ‘outside’ bets lose in the even that zero is declared the winning number.
    • Customers are not permitted to play promotional chips on opposing ‘Even Chance’ bets or all three columns and dozens bets, during the same spin
  • Live Gaming – Blackjack
    • Promotional chips may be used on available ‘side bets’ subject to table minimums / maximums (excluding the progressive jackpot side bet)
    • Should a hand result in a stand-off, the promotional chips will be returned and may be used on a subsequent hand.
    • Promotional chips are NOT returned on winning bet.

March 2026  VIP Slots Tournaments – Terms and Conditions

Tournament Schedule

• VIP Slots tournaments will be held every Sunday & Monday during the month of March 2026. 
• The tournaments will start at 7pm will conclude at the end of the final session at 11pm. 
• On each day the tournament is run there will be 4 sessions : 

• Session 1 : 7pm – 7.45pm
• Session 2 : 8pm – 8.45pm
• Session 3 : 9pm to 9.45pm
• Session 4 : 10pm to 11pm

Qualifying Entry Conditions 

• This tournament is only open to invited eligible customers aged 18 years and over who have successfully registered as members of Victoria Gate Casino. 
• Victoria Gate Casino reserves the right to decide who is allowed to participate and eligible customers will be notified either by e-mail, SMS, phone or in person at the casino. 

Tournament Rules 

• In each session all invitees will receive one (1) entry into the tournament. 
• During each hourly session, eligible customers redeem their entry by being allocated to a ‘round’ which will comprise of between 1 and 6 customers each sitting at a separate slot machine which will be designated to them by a member of Victoria Gate Casino staff.
• Each customer will have 10,000 points allocated to them on their machine at the start of the session
• Customers then have 3 minutes to play on the chosen game of the hour. 
• All customers will play the same game each hour which will be chosen by a member of Victoria Gate Casino staff. 
• The 3 minute slot machine play timer will be controlled by a member of Victoria Gate Casino staff to ensure all customers participating in the round start at the same time. 
• The winner of the hourly session will be the customer who accumulates the highest amount of points in their 3 minute play during that session. 

Tournament Prize 

• There will be a fixed prize of £250 of Slots ‘Free Play’ to be won each hour (4 in total)
• The winner of the free play prize will be split into two vouchers of £125 each.
• Tournaments held on Sunday will have the following voucher redemption dates :
  • Voucher 1 : £125, Valid from Sunday at time of winning the prize through to midnight on Wednesday of the same week.
  • Voucher 2 : £125 valid from 10am Thursday of the same week through until midnight on Sunday. 
• Tournaments held on Monday will have the following voucher redemption dates :
  • Voucher 1 : £125, Valid from Monday at time of winning the prize through to midnight on Thursday of the same week.
  • Voucher 2 : £125 valid from 10am Friday of the same week through until midnight on the following Monday (i.e if the tournament is held on Monday 9^th March, voucher 2 would be valid from Thursday 10am 5^th March to midnight on 9^th March) . 
• Free play offers are not transferable or redeemable for cash. No change will be given.
• Customers are not required to ‘stake’ their own funds in order to redeem free play. 
• No purchase necessary.

VGC Goes to the Dogs – Prize Draw Terms and Conditions – March 2026

Prize Draw Schedule

• The VGC Goes to the Dogs draws will take place in Victoria Gate Casino every Tuesday & Thursday in March 2026. 
• The first round of the draw will take place at 7pm, and subsequent rounds of the draw will take place at 8pm, 9pm and 10pm (4 rounds in total) 

Qualifying Entry Conditions

• This promotion is only open to individuals aged 18 years and over who have successfully registered as members of Victoria Gate Casino. 
• Only members who have a registered visit on the Victoria Gate Casino membership system on the day of the draw will be eligible for one (1) automatic entry into each prize draw on the day. 
• Members can register their visit on the membership system at the reception on the way into the club. 
• Members with a Black Card will receive an additional two (2) entries into the prize draw (s) on registering their visit on the membership system. 
• Members with a Gold Card will receive an additional one (1) entries into the prize draw (s) on registering their visit on the membership system.
• Winners MUST be present in the casino at the time of the draw to claim their prize.
  • A period of two (2) minutes will be allowed for the announced winner to present themselves.
  • If the winner does not present themselves within this time, a re‑draw will take place.
• In the event of a re‑draw, all previous results are void and the new draw result will stand.

Prize Draw Rules / Game Mechanics 

• The draw (s) will take place at the times stated in the prize draw schedule above and the winners will be chosen at random out of a hat.
• There will be a total of two winners per draw.
• The game has eight dogs competing in each race, winning customers will be given £50 virtual money each to place straight up bets on the dogs, in any way they like. 
• Out of the 8 dogs the first three will be placed.
  • 1^st place will pay 3-1,
  • 2^nd will pay 2-1 & 
  • 3^rd will pay even money
• Players must place their bets with the promotion host. 
• All £50 virtual money MUST be staked.
• Players can choose which values to attach to each dog.
• Only straight up bets on individual dogs can be placed (no multiples will be allowed).
• Bets made on the 1^st, 2^nd and 3^rd placed dogs will win the corresponding amount, multiplied by the odds.
• The total amount of virtual money accumulated will then be converted into a free play slots voucher (i.e.if a customer stakes £50 and the dog wins then the customer would receive £150 in free play slots vouchers £50 @3/1  – stake is not returned as winnings) 
• Winning entries will be returned to the hat for the following draws and customers have the chance to win multiple draws.
• Customers who win one of the hourly prizes during March will receive a draw ticket to win one of 10 spaces on the coach to the VIP Trip to the Dogs on 27^th March. 
• Draw for the VIP trip to the Dogs will be held on Tuesday 24^th March after the final round of the Tuesday promotion. 
• Winners of one the spaces on the coach will be notified by e-mail, phone or in person. 
• No cash alternative will be offered to the for the trip to the Dogs and the prize is non-transferable. 
• * All Promotional Free Play prizes are for slots free play and are only valid until 5am on the day that they are won (for the avoidance of doubt, for example if a customer wins the 11pm draw on Sun 1^st March 2026, the voucher will be valid until 5am on 2^nd March 2026)

• The first round of the draw will take place at 11pm, and subsequent rounds of the draw will take place at 12am,1am and 2am (4 rounds in total) 

Qualifying Entry Conditions

• This promotion is only open to individuals aged 18 years and over who have successfully registered as members of Victoria Gate Casino. 
• Only members who have a registered visit on the Victoria Gate Casino membership system on the day of the draw will be eligible for one (1) automatic entry into each prize draw on the day.
