However we do encourage you to sign up for our Loyalty Card, which is FREE to join and we will give you up to £10 in Free Play to start gaming with! (Requires permission to contact via email and direct mail to receive full amount of Free Play) On top of that you have the chance to join our promotions and receive additional free play and offers via email!
Age Restrictions & ID
Guests must be 18 years or over to enter and we operate a Challenge 21 policy, so you may be asked to show a valid photo identification or your verified Loyalty card.

Dress Code
Customers must be appropriately dressed to enter the Casino and remain on the premises. A decision on whether someone is or is not appropriately dressed is at the sole discretion of management, but may include sportswear, football shirts and soiled or dirty clothing.
Your safety and security
Our friendly security team are always at our Eastgate entrance to greet you. They’re required to ensure the safety of our customers and staff by reducing the risk of any danger or conflict entering the casino. You may therefore be subject to a bag search.
Cloakroom
Larger bags, rucksacks, suitcases and winter coats must be checked to the cloakroom. There is no fee for this service, you’ll simply be given a ticket to reclaim your items when you come to leave the casino.
Gaming Tables
You may just spectate games being played on the tables, but seats and positions directly in front of tables are reserved for playing customers. Our dealers are friendly and happy to talk but at busy times they can have a lot of customers to look after. Dealers can explain how the game is played but can’t offer advice on how to bet.
Taking photos within the gaming area is strictly prohibited.

Loyalty cards
Bronze Card – This is the entry level card that provides you with the ability to join exclusive casino promotions and receive offers in your email for Free Play and additional events!
Silver Card – You’ve been upgraded! Now your eligible for additional exclusive special events and more!
Gold Card – Congratulations you are one of our premium players, which further gives you additional events, larger and more frequent free play offers as well as additional entries into our promotions!
Black Card – You are the best of the best! Not only do you receive all of the other tier benefits, but we give you even more entries into promotions and higher Free Play offers! On top of that you get complimentary parking in the car park and exclusive viewing areas for all of the big events including Leeds United matches and Boxing! You also have the ability to pre-book a table through one of your casino managers!
Casino Chips
All our table games are played with casino chips which are available to buy at the table only. Simply place your money on the table and the dealer will exchange for chips.
We have two types of chips, cash chips which have a value and colour chips which do not have a value but are used to help the dealer identify which chips belong to each player. Colour chips are only used on Roulette and cannot be taken away from the table. When you’re finished playing roulette, the dealer will change your colour chips for cash chips.
No cash is kept on the tables, so any chips you have must be exchanged for cash at the Cash Desk before you leave the casino.
