  • All customers who receive an invite to the tournaments will also be eligible for a ‘ER VIP’ stamper card, where they will receive an attendance stamp for playing the tournament, every 3 stamps they will be rewarded with a £50 match play.
  • Customers are to keep the stamper card for use on the final in June, where every stamp will give an entry in to the final
  • Slots Structure
  • Tournament starts 7pm
  • There will be 4 sessions held to qualify for our Slots Tournament.
  • Sessions times are;
    • 7pm – 7:45pm
    • 8pm – 8:45pm
    • 9pm – 9:45pm
    • 10pm – 11pm
  • In each session all invites will receive ONE entry.
  • Entry to the Tournament is strictly by invitation
  • Final Qualification
    • The Player with the top score in each hour will win the hourly prize of £100 promo
  • ER stamper card T&Cs
    • Stamper cards will be collected by members on the day of their first Tournament.
    • 1 card per person.
    • Only 1 stamp is allowed per day.
    • Stamper card must be presented to the tournament host by the recorded member.
    • Missed stamps will not be back dated.
    • In case of lost card, new card will be issued and stamped for that visit only.
    • After every 3 stamps, the customer is entitled to a £50 match play.
    • Reward can only be claimed by the cards recorded Member.
    • Free play and match play prizes are for ERs or Slots only
    • Must be played on day of redemption and cannot be cashed out.
    • Cards MUST be retained and handed in on the day of the final be eligible for extra entries.
    • In the event of a dispute management decision is final.
    • Management reserve the right to cancel or amend the promotion at any time
